Return Policy
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any full retail item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, with the exception of flies. All purchases involving sale/closeout items and flies are final.

Please include a copy of your receipt with any returned merchandise. Including this will enable us to process your return more rapidly and will reduce the possibility of error. If this form has been misplaced, please include a sheet of paper with the return, detailing the buyer's name, the order confirmation number, and the reason for the return.
