At SweetWaterFlyshop.com, we realize that the speed and affordability of shipping is important. We offer several service levels for shipments to addresses within the United States and an estimated flat rate for International orders.
SweetWaterFlyshop.com often subsidizes the standard shipping rates and also offers free shipping on orders of $75 or more. If you choose free shipping, we will ship your order via ground service and your order should arrive in 7-10 business days. We hope this selection and rapid service helps you choose the service that's right for your needs. All service levels are packaged in 1-2 business days, for in stock items out of stock items that require a backorder can take longer.

- Standard Ground Delivery: $8.75 (orders less than $75)
- Three-Day: $15
- Two-Day: $20 (mandatory for Alaska and Hawaii)

Your credit card will be billed for items that ship. We do not bill for items that are backordered until they ship. Items that are canceled because of unavailability will not be billed. You will only be billed for the shipping charge as the first items of your order are shipped. Backordered items are not charged for shipping.
*One-piece rods - if you order a one-piece rod or any product that exceeds 5 ft in length an additional $5 will be added to your shipping charge to accommodate a rod tube. SweetWaterFlyshop.com ensures the safety of your rod order by packing it in a PVC or heavy duty cardboard tube and these typically cost SweetWaterFlyshop.com about $5. Also - one piece rods are typically over $150 to ship internationally. You will be contacted to verify that this is your intention before it is shipped.
*Alaska and Hawaii - Both Alaska and Hawaii require 2 day shipping, so 2 day shipping charge ($20) will automatically be added to any orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
*International orders may be subject to additional fees beyond the control of SweetWaterFlyshop.com. The fees may include "out of service area" fees and/or import tariffs assessed by the country to which the package is delivered. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the order and are not the responsibility of SweetWaterFlyshop.com. The $35 shipping charge is just an estimate. It will typically be sufficient to cover most of the world for a package 2 pounds or less. For instance Canada can be less (usually around $14 for a one pound package) and further away places (like New Zealand) can be more. Your final charge will be the actual international shipping charge. If your order will be materially more than $35 shipping, SweetWaterFlyshop.com will email you to verify that you still want the product. Also - one piece rods are typically over $100 to ship internationally. You will be contacted to verify that this is your intention before it is shipped.

Tracking Your Order
We will send you an order confirmation via email within several minutes of placing your order. A shipping confirmation should follow when we ship any item in your order.
In most cases, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You can track your shipment online at the shipping carrier's website. If you would like more information about the status of your order, just send us an email at Customer Service or call us at 877-628-FISH (3474). We are happy to help.
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all regular retail priced purchases. You may return any regular priced item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping. The only exceptions are with respect to flies. Flies are very difficult to pick , and even more difficult to put away. For this reason all fly orders are final unless of course they are defective or we send you wrong size, color, etc
Other sale or discounted purchases are final.
Please include your shipping invoice with any
returned merchandise. Including this form will allow us to process your return more
rapidly and will reduce the possibility of error. If this form has been misplaced, please
include a sheet of paper with the return, detailing the buyer's name, the order
confirmation number, and the reason for the return.
