Fly Tying Corner: It’s Stillwater Season – Brewer Ties a Sweet Chironomid!

As most of our area streams turn to mud soup for the next month or so, many of us head to lakes and ponds for our “fishing fix.” Chironomids (midges) are a big food source for trout in many stillwaters.
