What Do Our Past Guests Say?

This note is late in sending…but Becky and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the Yellowstone River House and our float trips with Patrick in July!!!!   The house is absolutely wonderful—to be honest, it doesn’t seem to be anything special on the outside, but the inside is so warm, inviting and modern.  We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the property and privacy. And we must tell you that we really enjoy Patrick as our guide—he’s a keeper (pun intended). And we want to share with you that your staff in the fly shop is terrific—they are everything you want in your retail business—their customer service is A++++. They referred to us by our names, they were eager to help with any question we had (from flies to things to do in town) and all had a great sense of humor!

Only one constructive complaint:  you should supply a couple fans (or perhaps better—one for each bedroom) in the house to use. It got pretty hot on some of the days and even tho we kept the house closed done and open it up after dark, it stayed pretty warm/stale inside (windows are not big enough for good wind/breeze circulation).  No other issues or complaints—the stay was one of the best we have had in our 15+ years traveling back to MT

I wrote a review on TripAdvisor (my profile name is appropriately “flyfishwoman”)—it should be posted by tonight if not tomorrow. I want to let you know so you know what we have to say to the world about your place!   We most likely will see you again next year!!
