Volunteers Needed – Veteran’s Float Sun., July 24

On Sunday, July 24th, we are holding our 4th annual fishing float for Park and Sweetgrass County veterans, in collaboration with the Livingston Elks Club and the International Federation of Fly Fishers. We will be taking about 15 veterans for a half day fishing trip that morning. We need about 8 volunteer rowers with boats to float our veterans down a short stretch of the Yellowstone River. You don’t need to be a guide to volunteer, just comfortable behind the oars. You might be asked to tie a Clinch Knot or two, but that’s about the extent of it. It’s a fun (half) day and there’s an optional picnic lunch afterwards.
